Projects के लिए active subscription plan चाहिए; access चाहिए तो plans screen खोलें।
Insufficient Credits का क्या अर्थ है?
Required tokens available credits से ज्यादा हैं; Credits देखें या upgrade चुनें।
AI media generation शुरू क्यों नहीं होती?
Live Mode और छोटा prompt चाहिए; Settings में enable करें और जरूरत हो तो prompt छोटा करें।
Purchases कैसे restore करूं?
Choose plan में restore button इस्तेमाल करें और purchase वाले same Apple ID से sign in रहें।
Zenvra subscriptions कैसे काम करती हैं?
Zenvra subscriptions auto-renewable plans हैं जो Apple In-App Purchase से खरीदे जाते हैं। Confirm करने से पहले app और Apple की purchase sheet plan title, billing period, localized price और कोई उपलब्ध trial दिखाती हैं।
Purchase के बाद Zenvra, App Store transaction का उपयोग करके plan features और app में दिखने वाले credits activate करती है।

अपनी subscription कैसे cancel करूं?
Apple App Store subscriptions आपके Apple account की subscription settings से manage होती हैं। Zenvra app delete करने से active subscription cancel नहीं होती।
क्या करें? App Store या device Settings खोलें, अपने Apple ID subscriptions में जाएं, Zenvra चुनें और अगर plan renew नहीं करना चाहते तो renewal date से पहले cancel करें।
Country या currency के अनुसार prices क्यों अलग होती हैं?
Apple, subscription prices, currencies और taxes को country या region के अनुसार localize करता है। Zenvra में promotional text जानकारी के लिए है, जबकि Apple की purchase sheet purchase से पहले final localized price दिखाती है।
क्या करें? अपने region के current billing price के रूप में Apple purchase sheet में दिखाई गई price का उपयोग करें।
AI generation के लिए कौन सा data इस्तेमाल होता है?
Live Mode में app आपके द्वारा दिए गए product details, brand context, prompts, चुनी गई media और generation settings को Zenvra backend services को भेजती है ताकि requested ad content generate हो सके।
क्या करें? Prompts या brand materials में passwords, private keys, payment card details या अन्य sensitive information शामिल न करें।
क्या Zenvra advertising के लिए users को track करती है?
नहीं। Zenvra, collected data का उपयोग advertising के लिए third-party apps या websites पर users को track करने के लिए नहीं करती और personal information नहीं बेचती।
क्या करें? App, service देने, purchases restore करने, requested content generate करने, users की support करने और platform की सुरक्षा के लिए account, purchase, content और technical data का उपयोग करती है।
